We know you’ve been longing for a blog about brains you can print out and display on your fridge, hang inside your school locker, even tape on the bathroom mirror. So we created a one-sided, printable monthly newsletter and called it That Brain Blog on the Fridge. (We decided “That Brain Blog on the Mirror” sounded gross, even to us).
The best thing about TBBOTF is that every issue includes a list of nice things you can do for your brain. The lists are fun to read (and do!) because they’re filled with ideas you might not expect (like eating Mexican food, reading a comic book or even having a pillow fight!).
To find out why these things are, oddly enough, good for your brain, “Like” us on Facebook. Several times a week we pick one thing from the list and post on Facebook why it’s actually good for your brain. It’s a great way to get brain food delivered to your Facebook feed, fresh, every day. To get started, click here to “Like” us on Facebook, then scroll down to download and print the latest issue!
